Recipe :
all you need is :
250 g flour
250 ml milk
2 egg (s), separated
2 packs of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
Oil (sunflower oil)
Flour, milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla sugar mix together. Beat the egg whitesuntil frothy, once it is fixed, fold into the duff so that the pancakes are wonderfully airy.
Sunflower oil in the pan and wait until the pancakes are golden-brown.
